Hi everyone!
It’s been a while since my last post. I’ve been really busy with Salty Cabbage Kimchi and I am so excited to see it grow.
I think we are in phase 2, which I didn’t expect it to come this early. I cannot thank everyone enough for their love and support.
One of the long-term projects I have been planning was to collaborate with other local businesses.
The first one I am going to introduce today is our famous kimchi scone!
‘Agrestal Bakeshop’ came up with the idea of kimchi scone and I thought it was a brilliant idea. Michelle, the amazing baker, baked some for our media tasting and it was a big hit!

With high demands from the guests who attended our media tasting and from Instagram, we’ve decided to take this further and started taking pre-orders for pick-ups.

@shotbydevan
It’s a damn good scone with spicy kick at the end.
Freshly ground parmesan cheese wakes up your tastes buds and the buttery flavour resonate in your mouth until the delightful heat kicks in.
If you would like to try one, you can visit the new coho café
(1370 Georgia St, Vancouver) or pre-order for pick up on our website. (https://www.saltycabbagekimchi.com/products/kimchi-scone)
Pick up locations could be our commissary (both Powell and Georgia locations)
as well as Vancouver farmers markets on certain dates.
(check the dates here https://www.saltycabbagekimchi.com/pages/location)
They are available at Coho café in small quantities
(Monday-Saturday 7:30am-3:30pm)
Please give them a call if you are heading down for kimchi scones to see if they have it since It sells out pretty quick.
You could also pre-order and pick up at the café if you want.
I am working with few other businesses for more collaborated items so stay in touch!
